How it works

From reservation
to your freezer

Pick your share size

Quarter, half, or whole. The bigger the share, the better the per-pound deal.

Place your deposit

$300 secures a quarter share. $500 for a half. $750 for a whole. The deposit holds your spot and is applied to your final invoice.

We group your share

Once a full animal is reserved (4 quarters, 2 halves, or 1 whole), we schedule processing with Tammy at Innovative Foods.

Cut sheet with the processor

Tammy will reach out directly. She'll walk you through every cut. You decide what your family wants. Steaks, roasts, ground, sausage, bacon (pork), bones, organs.

Final invoice based on hanging weight

We weigh the animal on the rail. You pay the balance based on actual hanging weight. No surprises, no hidden fees.

Pick up at the farm

We'll text you when your share is ready. Bring coolers. Meet the animals if you'd like. Then drive home with a freezer full of food.
