These are estimates, not set dates. Animals finish when they finish. We call you with your cut sheet date first, then your pickup date at the processor. Processing is paid directly to Innovative Foods.

Gus builds each piece by hand, so pickup is set after you order. Ready pieces can be picked up during any egg window above. Custom work takes two to four weeks and we call you when it is off the anvil.
